Thought it was a well fought out match by two equal sides. Not a lot of chances in the game but both sides had a couple of good chances to snatch the win. York were a decent footballing side and about halfway through the 2nd half I was expecting them to come on strong with their fitness but Boro dug in & finished well. 0-0 a fair result. I could not believe the difference in our penalties and theirs. They were hopeless, the first down the middle for Tommy to save with his legs & their next two ballooned over the bar. Our 3 were all perfect and placed well into the bottom corner and unstoppable - Wally, Wayne & Killer. Only real down side was the injury to Coulo who had to limp off. Just hope he hasn’t broken anything or that is the end of his season. Vallo looked to be in pain in last few minutes but as we had used all our subs he had to stay on, so again hope he is ok as he worked hard throughout the match & got stuck in. Wayne Brooksby had a decent game as well and looking more like his old self. Nice to see Cadders and Bailey get a run out - the team badly needs them back to match fitness as soon as. All in all a good game watched by an enthusiastic & great crowd for what some people call a tin pot trophy. But we are in the final again & look forward to another trip to Middlesboro. Well done to all.
