I can understand by filey1

That we might be disappointed yesterday, but I can’t buy into the doom! We are pretty much assured of a play off place already, imagine that last season? And it’s all to play for, with Hyde, Shields, Bridge and us. It’s going to be an exciting and nervy few weeks, whoever said it was going to be easy. I’m never the most optimistic person, but we are still on for the treble!

They won the battle but won’t win the war! by Seadogmatt

As kitterick said we had the chances to be three up. If Sam’s header went in it would have been different. They were a strong side and certainly knew some ‘game management tricks’. Feel their number 11 should of been off clear booking in first half that he got a talking to for. Not a club i like at all but feel they may do us a favour at some point. They are a worry for that 3rd spot but lots of twists and turns to go. One worry for me is jack johnson. Never puts a foot in and just doesn’t seem confident at all.

Must have this wrong. Thought JJ was our right back but cant be if he ‘never puts a foot in and isn’t confident’. He is a STAR. Football is all about opinions but how can this be in doubt?

Agreed- JJ is getting better & more confident each week.

Wasn’t a massive fan at first but he is becoming a good, solid right back. He has a bright future ahead of him.

Having said that, that left flank (our right) does appear to be a target for visiting teams from minute 1
